Dear members,

At the last meeting of the Board of Directors of the Professors Association of Saint Paul University, the Board has decided to adopt a motion concerning the global climate strike. The PASPU stands in solidarity with the global climate movement and supports the strike voted by the Students Association of Saint Paul University on September 25th 2019. The Board also appreciates the rector’s message suggesting that professors accommodate those students who wish to participate in a strike. If the normal conditions of teaching are not met on September 27th, we suggest that professors exercise their judgment and make the necessary arrangements to attain the pedagogical objectives of their course.

The PASPU would also like to invite all members to participate in our new outreach activities. We would also Furthermore, a meet-and-greet for all new members will take place on Thursday, January 9th (details to follow).
